Terms of Service

Adrenaline Performance is provided by Adrenaline Performance Corp., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Adrenaline Performance Corp., and "you" means the person using the service. By creating an account or using the service on the web or on iPhone, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 13 or older to use Adrenaline Performance. If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you must be 16 or older.

If you are under the age of majority where you live (19 in British Columbia, 18 in most places), you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms. A parent or guardian must approve any paid plan before you buy it.

You must give accurate information when you sign up, including your date of birth and country, and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Adrenaline Performance provides training, habit tracking, coaching, progress, and AI-assisted guidance tools. You are responsible for using the service safely. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, copy or resell the service, or use it to break the law.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Athletes of all ages from 13 use the community, so everything you post must be suitable for them.

Do not post anything that harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans another person, and nothing sexual, violent, hateful, unlawful or spam. Do not share personal contact details, yours or anyone else's, and do not ask members to move a conversation off the platform.

Photos and videos are checked automatically, including by our AI provider. You can report any post or member, and we review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or ban the accounts that break them.

You own what you post, including messages, photos and videos. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and moderate that content for as long as we need it to run the service.

If you delete your account, your community posts stay in their threads, anonymized: your name and profile are removed and the content is replaced by a deleted marker, so other people's conversations stay readable. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

AI Coach responses are generated by an AI, using models from Anthropic. They do not come from a person. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so use your own judgement. AI Coach gives general training and nutrition information with sources. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For anything about your health, consult a qualified professional. AI Coach is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

AI Coach safety. If a message suggests self-harm or suicide, AI Coach stops coaching and points you to people who can help: call or text 988 in Canada and the US, call Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, or contact your local emergency services anywhere else. It also encourages you to talk to a trusted adult or a doctor.

Pro is available as a monthly plan at $49.99 per month, a 6-month plan at $249 every 6 months, or an annual plan at $449 per year. Prices are in US dollars unless the store shows you a local price. Every plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

If you buy on iPhone, Apple bills you and handles any refund. To stop a renewal, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the plan renews.

If you buy on the website, Stripe bills you. To stop a renewal, cancel in Settings on the website before the plan renews.

A new account gets a 14-day free trial of Pro. The trial needs no card. It ends on its own after 14 days and nothing is charged. To keep Pro after that, choose a plan.

We will tell you before a price changes, and before a 6-month or annual plan renews.

The iPhone app is distributed on the App Store by MARCUSG360 Holdings Inc. on behalf of Adrenaline Performance Corp.

If you use the iPhone app, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the service or its content. Read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Training involves risk. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing a training plan, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or pain. The app and AI Coach do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Skiing and strength training can cause injury. You take part at your own risk, and you choose how hard to train. Check with a doctor before starting. Readings from Apple Health and wearable devices, such as heart rate, sleep and steps, may be inaccurate, and advice based on them may be too.

Referral partners are paid a commission through our referral provider for people who sign up with their link or code. You may not refer yourself, or use a referral link or code on your own account.

One account works across Adrenaline Performance and Road to Winter. Each app has its own rules, and these Terms cover Adrenaline Performance.

You may delete your account from Settings in the web app or from the native app. Deletion is irreversible and may cancel active subscriptions where available.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or suited to your goals.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, we may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we need to protect other users or the service, or if the law requires it. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we may update these Terms. We will tell you about an important change by email or in the app before it takes effect, and we will show the new date at the top of this page. A change takes effect on the date given in that notice. If you keep using the service after that date, the new Terms apply.

Nothing in these Terms takes away the protections that consumer law gives you where you live. Each clause applies only to the extent permitted by that law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about these terms or the service will be decided by the courts of British Columbia.
