Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Who This Policy Is For

This policy explains how Adrenaline Performance Corp. collects, uses and shares consumer health data, as the Washington My Health My Data Act requires. It applies to people who live in Washington State and to anyone whose consumer health data we process in Washington. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we collect.

The Consumer Health Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of consumer health data. Body and health measurements: sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, weight, body fat percentage, active and resting calories, steps and sleep score. Daily check-ins: energy, mood, soreness, stress, motivation and sleep. Your athlete profile: date of birth, sex, height, injury history and any health notes you write. Nutrition: the meals you log with their descriptions, notes, calories and macronutrients, meal photos, your macro targets and the figures used to calculate them, and any personal targets you set for weight, body fat, resting heart rate, calories, steps or sleep. Training: workouts, sets, personal records and habit completions, where they describe your physical condition. AI Coach: what you tell the coach about your health, and the memories it keeps about you. Scores we calculate from all of this, such as recovery and readiness.

Where It Comes From

We collect consumer health data from two sources. From you, when you fill in your profile, log a check in, a meal or a workout, or talk to the AI Coach. From any health or wearable account you connect, such as Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Polar, Google Pixel Watch or Withings, and only for the measurements you allow. That data reaches us directly from Apple Health on your iPhone or through our health data provider Junction. We also work out scores from that data ourselves.

Why We Collect And Use It

We use consumer health data to build and adjust your training, to calculate your nutrition targets, to show you your progress and recovery, to let the AI Coach answer as your coach, and to keep the service safe and working. We do not sell consumer health data, and we never use it for advertising or marketing.

Who We Share It With

We share consumer health data only with service providers who process it for us and for the purposes above. Supabase stores it in our database. Vercel hosts the app and processes the requests that carry it. Anthropic, our AI provider, receives it when you use the AI Coach or ask for a meal estimate, and when the AI Coach writes to you after a workout, as our Privacy Policy explains. Anthropic does not use it to train its models. Junction receives the data a connected health or wearable account shares, on its way to us. Sentry may receive parts of it inside error reports that help us fix problems. Members of our own team can see it when they support you or run the service. Anything you choose to post in the community is visible to other members because you posted it. We do not share consumer health data with any other third party or affiliate unless the law requires us to.

Your Rights

You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, to see that data, and to receive a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with. You can download a copy from Settings in the web app by choosing Download My Data. You have the right to have your consumer health data deleted: delete your account from Settings, or email support@adrenalineperformance.co, and we will delete it within 45 days. If you have connected a health or wearable account through Junction, we also ask Junction to erase the data it holds about you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by disconnecting a health or wearable account in Settings, or by deleting the entries. To make any request, email support@adrenalineperformance.co from the address on your account. We answer within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need up to 45 more.

Appealing Our Decision

If we refuse your request, in whole or in part, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the word Appeal, or by emailing support@adrenalineperformance.co. We will tell you the outcome, and our reasons, within 45 days. If your appeal is refused, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov.
