Email support@adrenalineperformance.co and tell us what happened. If you are writing about something that went wrong, the three things that help most are the email address on your account, what you were doing at the time, and whether you were on the iPhone app or the website.
Trouble signing in
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to set a new password. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we will sort it out.
The iPhone app is for athletes. If your account is an administrator account, the app will tell you so and ask you to use the website instead. That is expected, not a fault.
Your data
You can download a copy of everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account, from Settings in the app or on the website. Deleting your account removes your training history, coaching conversations, nutrition and health records. Read what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy. For any privacy request, including a question about the data we hold, email the address above. Privacy questions go to our Privacy Officer at the same address.
If you are a parent or guardian and want to see or delete your teen's data, email us from any address and we will verify and help.
Reporting something in the community
Every message in the community can be reported, and you can block another athlete so their messages and reactions no longer reach you. Press and hold any message to see both options. If something needs attention faster than that, email us.
Billing
If you bought your plan in the iPhone app, Apple bills you and manages it. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds for these plans: ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it first.
If you bought your plan on the website, you can change or cancel it there at any time, under Settings. If a charge looks wrong, email us with the date and amount.
